Twin peaks anyone?

As I can see google directs most of users from US to my blog. Therefore writting in english would be more effective. So, did anyone watch Twin Peaks series? I was too young that, and after that I never had the oportunity. What is so special on Twin Peaks taht imdb users rated it with 9,1 stars? Thanks for suggestions.
